Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms govern use of quilldrit.com and booking of services by LLC quilldrit.com ("we", "us"). Registered address: 12 Antonovycha St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. EDRPOU: 49445225. Contact: contact@quilldrit.com, +380 661 814 2657. Managing Director: David Hansen.
We comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991, the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 3 September 2015, and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 20 October 2022.
2. Services and Booking
We provide services as described on the site. By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 and provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel a booking with a refund if required.
3. Payment
Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at booking or as agreed. We may use third-party payment processors. We are a single tax payer; VAT is optional.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel up to 24 hours before the service for a full refund. Later cancellations may be charged 50%. No-shows may be charged in full. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Send complaints to contact@quilldrit.com. We will respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. This is not legal advice.
7. Advertising
Any guarantees or environmental claims are substantiated and comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 3 July 1996.
8. Language
Information is provided in English. A Ukrainian version is available as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII dated 25 April 2019.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Governing law: Ukraine.
