Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy describes the coverage for ceramic coating and paint protection film (PPF) services provided by quilldrit.com LLC, registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 49445225), located at 12 Antonovycha St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine.
Coverage
Ceramic coating is warranted for 3 years; paint protection film for 5 years, against peeling, cracking, bubbling, or yellowing under normal use.
Conditions
- Service must be performed by quilldrit.com LLC or authorized partners.
- Customer must follow maintenance instructions, including regular washing with pH-neutral products.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original vehicle owner.
Exclusions
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper washing.
- Pre-existing paint defects or damage not caused by our service.
- Normal wear and tear, or environmental damage (e.g., acid rain, bird droppings).
- Alterations or repairs by unauthorized third parties.
Maintenance Requirements
Wash every two weeks with pH-neutral shampoo, avoid brush car washes, and apply maintenance spray every six months.
Making a Claim
Contact us at contact@quilldrit.com or +380 661 814 2657. Provide proof of purchase, photos, and a description. We respond within 10 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If unsatisfied, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991.
